As a courtesy we ask our customers that cancellations/rescheduling be called in 24 hours prior to a scheduled appointment.
Please inform us within 24 hours if you need to make a change to your appointment. We have reserved this time exclusively for your treatment, and need time to fill your spot with another appointment. We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice prior to your visit to avoid $25 cancellation fee/or voucher/coupon redemption. No-show appointments will be charged $45 or voucher/coupon redemption. This allows us to consult our waiting list and make full use of open appointment times. This policy has also been put into place so that cancellation fees to the client may not be necessary. We are happy to re-schedule your appointment with at least 24 hours advance notice. Please make sure and contact us should you need to re-schedule. Client is responsible for any other payments which includes following: last minute cancelation fees, previous No Show fees, taxes, declined card payments and any other additional upgraded services.
We leave the right to refuse service for clients having 2 no show and/or last minute rescheduling.

Due to the high volume of scheduled appointments/walk-ins, we might not be able to hold your appointment if you are late more then 10 min.; however, if you call ahead to advise you are running late, we will try to accommodate you.
Additional consultation fee might appear.
Any voucher could be redeemed after 12 months not being active client.
